About us

"Riverside" is a very historical building in the centre of Mielnik. A former Synagogue built in the 19th Century it survived the World War. Later on it was used as a private residence which also accomodated an art gallery.

For sight-seeing the River Bug is approximately 5 minutes walk away where you can enjoy long walks or try one of the two bicycle trails, maps are available on request. Close to the guest house there is also a company that hire out kayaks. Castle hill is also a short walk away, the former ruins of an old castle you can still climb its turrets and gaze over the beauty of the the surrounding forests and the River Bug.

Although access to the kitchen is available, there are two reasonably priced restaurants nearby and the grocery store is a three minute walk away.

All rooms are located on the first floor, two double rooms that are en-suite and two double rooms that have their own private bathroom facilities. There is also an area for large groups or families to enjoy the television, play games and during the winter months keep warm around the log burner although obviously the whole building is centrally heated. This is a great space for companies that would like a function area. Downstairs there is a kitchen with all the facilities that you will require, an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the utensils that you need. There is also another large area for groups and families to dine and to relax around the fire, again another great space to use for functions. In the warmer months a barbeque is also available for outside dining, where you can also catch some sun with our reclining sunbeds in our garden area.
